We are all self-healing super heroes but we are also social, and it really takes a community of specialness and specialties to support the healing process.

Especially when it comes to rising above the Zombie Apocalypse and healing the empty hole where your heart once lived. #defeatthezombies

What I Love & What Loves Me Back

I thought it would be helpful to create a page that you can always come to for all of your inspirational and continuing awesomeness needs.

I’ll add to it as I experiment more with what works and what doesn’t.

I’ve included useful goodies like recipes, body transformation guides, lovely yummies for ladies, and manly stuff for guys – as well as Lord President Goddess Business type stuff to grow your creative genius into a $$$$-making machine (cha-ching).

I will reference this page quite often. I recommend bookmarking it for your reference and convenience. Enjoy!

Dessert Angel << Recipes for the outside-the-box thinkers who love treats but not love love-handles.

Anabolic Cooking << The muscle-builder’s guide to the kitchen with Dave, my friend who is a no-nonsense, man’s man chef.

Metabolic Cooking << The lean-outter’s guide to the kitchen with Karine, Dave’s spunky and adorable wife, who has an amazing story of physical transformation. She’s also super sweet, and we chat every week about her blog and emails.

The Beauty Of Food << This is about food, but how it helps your skin from the outside. Home of the “Fifty-Cent Botox Alternative” that takes about 7 minutes to prepare, less than 50 cents to make, and leaves you looking as if you just went to a Tox Party ~ just without those red, blotchy marks and needle marks! What??!!

Transformation Over 40 << Are you over 40? If not, skip it – Just kidding! You can still use Shari’s program if you’re not quite to that wonderful decade. I’m 40 but not really…ask my kids. She’s not in her 40s anymore (oh, snap – I shouldn’t tell you). She is my “twin,” however.  See?

I met Thor – He may not be Greek, but I can say YES to that!

Typeform << Surveys of the Goddess – I could play with this all day, make an app, and take it with me. Really, data = $$. Give your clients/customers what they want. What do they want? Ask them!

Aweber << Email that works harder than you do. Beautiful templates, and simple ones too (remember how great it is to KISS??!!) – Automation isn’t just for the Jetsons – It’s now a “thing” –
A THING!

Mailchimp << There are some apps that only integrate with specific services, like Mailchimp. Plus Mailchimp has been my friend since I started my business. It’s easy to use, and if you just need to do a newsletter without all the fancy tricks, then the monkey is your man – remember to KISS!

Fashion is about dressing according to what’s fashionable.
Style is more about being yourself.
